▷ Required Submission File Format of the original work after the Nomination: PSD
▷ Required Details:
- A blueprint of the employee wearing the skin of standing position with front, side, and back views.
- A skill cut in the image of the employee wearing that skin
- Title of the skin, the concept behind the skin, details that are included in the skin, and other descriptions as much as possible.
※ Limited to the nominated submissions, the additional creation of 6 different facial expressions wearing the skin and segmentation of standing and skill cut-in image will follow. If refused, the nomination may be canceled.

< NOTES >
- The contest standard timezone is UTC+9.
- The submissions will be posted at 16:00 UTC+9 working days on Discord and the official website. All the submissions submitted during the weekend will be uploaded on the Monday after that weekend.
- All the submissions will be screened by the GMs of each server to check if there are any improper elements.
- If the submission is not related to the context of the contest, then that submission will not be reviewed and voided.
- If the submissions have elements that violate the law or contain elements that go against public morals and other social norms, then that submission will not be reviewed and voided.
- If the submissions have any elements that have depictions of condemnation and alike to any social ideologies, politics, religions, and other groups of people, then that submission will not be reviewed and voided.
- Any submissions that were submitted outside of the submission period will not be reviewed under any circumstances.
- Any submissions that may damage the image of CounterSide or StudioBside (hereinafter “the Company”) will not be reviewed and voided.
- The submissions are never to intrude on the copyrighted work of others, and if the submission is found to have intruded, then that submission will not be reviewed and voided.
- If any problems arise from the unauthorized use and/or intrusion of the copyrighted work of others, then all the responsibilities are on the person who has submitted that submission.
- After the creator has won and collected the prizes and the Company has found out later that the creator has imitated or plagiarized from other work, the award will be canceled and the creator must return the collected reward.
- Other submissions that the Company may consider inappropriate may not be reviewed and voided.
- All the submissions that are uploaded to SNS should remain visible and public during the entire contest period for the host to confirm at any time.
- During the contest, all the rights belong to the creator who has submitted the work. The Company may contact the creator to use the submission. However, all the copyright for the nominated work belongs to the Company including the secondary derivative work. The Company may also take actions as follows.
- The company may post the work for advertising the contest during the event period on the official website and SNS.
- The nominated work may be used on the official website, SNS, and other official events permanently.
- The moment the creator submits the submission for the event, the Company will treat it as if the creator has agreed to all the conditions listed in the Notes section of the event. All the payments for the copyrights of the nominated work will be the prizes listed in the Prizes section.
- If there are no suitable submissions, the prizes may be adjusted or may not be awarded based on the number of suitable high-quality submissions.
- Contest’s period, prizes, context, etc may change under the Company’s circumstances.
- To receive the prize, the creator must agree to provide necessary personal information and other agreements for the Company to process the paperwork and send the prize to the creator. If the creator does not agree to the following, the prize cannot be handed out to the creator. The Company will never use the collected personal information for other purposes and will be deleted permanently after the prizes are successfully sent to the creator.
- The creator has thoroughly read and understood the Notes section, and if work is submitted, the Company will consider the creator has agreed to all the conditions in the Notes section.
- The creator cannot participate in the contest if the creator disagrees with all the conditions in the Notes section.
- Any matters not listed on this page will follow the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Operation Policy, and Event Policy.
