Twitter login Issue Further Assistance Announcement

Dear CEOs,

  We would like to provide you with further instructions regarding the ongoing twitter login issue.
This error occurs when users attempt to log in using the Twitter option and is caused by Twitter API adjustment.

For those using Twitter-linked accounts, we recommend creating a new guest account and submitting it to our customer center. We will link your existing account information to the new guest account.

 Please refer to the following information below to check out how to change the linked account information. We also encourage CEOs who are currently using Twitter-linked accounts to consider changing their linked information.

▣ Twitter Linked Account Information Change Request Details:

  • For the existing account:
    A screenshot of the [Settings > Management Account ] screen (please include the Business Registration Number, Member code, and Nickname)
    *If not available please send yourBusiness Registration Number, Member code, and Nickname
  • For the new guest account to be linked:
    A screenshot of the [Settings > Management Account ] screen

  • Company level

  • Recent access date (if you cannot access)

  • Google Play Store receipt (GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000)

※ If some information is missing, we may still be able to process the linked account information change, but it could cause a delay.
